Employees have donated over $2 Million to The Medical Center Foundation.

Every day, employees of Northeast Georgia Health System go about the business of caring for the health of the people of our community.  They are nurses at the bedside, therapists helping people learn to walk again, cooks preparing meals, administrators planning for the future, or office personnel pushing through the details.  Caring for our community is part of their every day lives.  And when asked to give back to support healthcare through the Healthy Journey campaigns, they have done so generously and passionately.

Through the "We Are Targeting Community Healthcare" (W.A.T.C.H.) campaign of Healthy Journey, employees have given over $2 million and funded technological improvements throughout the hospital, and many community prevention programs like the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, the American Heart Association's American Heart Walk, and March of Dimes' March for Babies to build a healthier northeast Georgia.
